An architectural intervention that redistributes public space above and below one of Manhattan’s most spatially constrained streets while preserving its activity, history, and cultural identity.

PHYSICAL MODEL
Physical model making is a big part of my design process, allowing ideas to be tested through scale, materiality, and spatial relationships in ways that drawings alone cannot achieve. Each model serves as an
iterative tool for evaluating massing, circulation, structure, and light while revealing the experiential qualities of a project throughout its development
